These Cinnamon Roll Cookies are the perfect after school snack! They taste just like cinnamon rolls. :)

Young chefs will learn how to make a classic cookie dough (creaming butter and sugar and carefully measuring ingredients) and roll it around a delicious cinnamon filling. While cookies bake + chill, we'll make a cream cheese frosting for piping on it little swirls. So fun!

This is a ROLL cookie and perfect for keeping in the freezer for a quick snack. Students will bake 1/2 of their roll and take 1/2 home to keep for a rainy day (along with a baggie of icing!).
