This fun baking project has become a holiday tradition at The Schoolhouse! Bouche de Noel is a classic French holiday cake made from genoise, a soft creamy filling and chocolate ganache glaze. It’s shaped to look like a Winter Wonderland log and we’ll have fun topping ours with little decorations. It's a challenge but so much fun and everyone leaves with a delicious cake to share. Best for ages 8+.
