In this class for young chefs, we'll explore the amazing Comic/ Cookbook by Chicago Chef, Hugh Amano, that is beautifully illustrated by Sarah Becan. The comic/ cookbook is a primer on how to make stocks and "tares" which you add to the stock to create flavorful soups. We'll also make a variety of toppings from greens, eggs, meats and more! Chefs will go home with a wonderful dinner to share for 4 people to show off their new skills. Chef Cheryl taught this class for adults with the cookbook authors in 2019 and is happy to adapt it for young chefs who are totally obsessed with RAMEN!
