Young bakers will learn this creative technique for shaping buttery dinner rolls into beautiful pumpkin shapes. They'll learn how to properly handle yeasted dough as well as other techniques for building their bread making confidence!
While we wait for rolls to rise, each chef will make their own sweet or savory compound butter to serve alongside their dinner rolls. They each take home 1/2 dozen dinner rolls to share with the compound butter they made.
This is one of our favorite new projects!
