In this hand on cooking class for t/weens, we'll be learning many techniques and essential kitchen safety + knife skills that can be applied to a young chef's toolbox.
We'll be making 2 fillings:
Cabbage, Carrot + Ginger Filling
Pork, Ginger + Scallion Filling
We'll be using store bought potsticker wrappers - readily available!
Young chefs will practice using a variety of kitchen tools and knives as we prep our fillings. They'll then learn how to shape and cook potstickers.
Each student will take home dozens of potstickers to cook with you as well as a dipping sauce that they make.
Recipes and instructions are included. The recipes include sesame, pork, soy and other allergens including wheat + egg.

No need to bring anything but if your child has a knife that they like to use/ practice with please send it with them wrapped up well in a towel in a bag that we can send it home in safely (or a blade sheath).

As of 12/20 we are 100% masked in doors and will not be removing masks for eating/ drinking. If kids need water, we have a distanced place for them to remove their mask for a drink.
as we are not eating/ drinking in the space - we do not require proof of vaccine. our staff and their children are all 100% vaccinated and are taking every precaution to ensure our health.
