These little pies are so delicious! Kids will love making these with confidence for Thanksgiving.

One of our best baking projects of the season, these little pies are as adorable as they are delicious. 

We start by making flaky, all butter pie crust. We cut them out and create the pumpkin pies in muffin tins. They bake perfectly and there is the BEST crust:filling ratio. Once cooled we can pipe on a cinnamon cheese cake swirl or sweetened homemade whipped cream. 

This is a great recipe for kids to learn and they'll have the confidence to make these again for Thanksgiving dinner.
