Chicken Breakdown

Prepare for the holidays by learning how to break down a whole bird!

Each participant will roast their own chicken and learn how to break it down. While our chickens roast, we will make delicious seasonal sides such as garlic and herbed mashed potatoes,  and braised purple cabbage with apples and bacon.
