AFTER SCHOOL CLASSES

Each week students learn a fun new recipe while building confidence in the kitchen and REAL life skills.
Classes are per month (3-4 classes per month depending on holidays) and we meet from 4-5:30pm each week.
Young chefs are challenged in a fun, relaxed environment created by warm, inviting instructors that LOVE cooking as much as they LOVE teaching.
Recipes are emailed home each week so that YOU can continue the learning at home, as well.

BAKESHOP

WEDNESDAYS 4-5:30PM
AGES 5-11

Bakeshop is a fun exploration of all things that come from the oven. Breads, muffins, pies, cakes and more! Each week we tackle a new project with lots of room to be creative while learning the fundamentals of measuring, mixing, reading recipes, fractions! and working together. Each young baker will take home a sample of their baking to share with family.

TUESDAYS 4-5:30PM
AGES 5-11

Young chefs will learn the basics of cooking in this fun, creative class designed to encourage and engage kids while teaching skills that inspire a lifetime of joy in the kitchen! Each class will introduce a new recipe that young chefs will explore. As they cook, students learn about culture, food ways and language through food. Kids will enjoy a delicious tasting of their creation at the end of each class and take a portion home to share with their families. Bon appetit!

LIL’ BAKESHOP

MONDAYS 4-5:30PM
AGES 5-8

Lil’ Bakeshop is our bakeshop curriculum geared towards chefs ages 5-8 years old! We will practice measuring, mixing, and other baking techniques all while exploring fun recipes like cakes, pies and more! Lil’ Bakers will enjoy what they made at the end of class and can take some home to share with their families!

t/ween BAKESHOP

FRIDAYS 4-5:30PM
AGES 11+

T/weens will deep dive into the fundamentals of baking in this weekly class. Knowledgable instructors will work with your chefs to ensure they feel confident baking at home! We will learn important baking concepts including recipe reading + comprehension, and baking techniques that will make their recipes come alive! Each class is a new recipe that they can recreate at home.
